You can open a ticket from the support module within the dashboard. The response time for critical issues is 2 business hours. Include a screenshot and the batch number of the affected record.

We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (GMT-3). For after-hours emergencies, the system records your request and prioritizes it at the start of the next shift. The standard SLA is 4 business hours.

The FAQ section is available on the main help page. There you will find step-by-step guides on electronic signatures, automatic renewal, and upload error resolution. You can also filter by product: Contract Manager, Portfolio Panel, or Access Module.
