By accessing and using RemaxRegistrations, you agree to the following conditions. This agreement governs the use of our SaaS platform for property management and commercial records.
RemaxRegistrations provides contract digitization tools, database automation, and secure access for corporate real estate brokers in Argentina. The service is provided under a SaaS subscription model and does not include legal or notarial advice.
The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes, maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, and not share sensitive third-party information without authorization. Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension.
RemaxRegistrations is not responsible for errors in data entered by the user, service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, or damages arising from incorrect use of the functionalities. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability.
The agreement remains in effect as long as the user maintains an active subscription. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, RemaxRegistrations reserves the right to cancel access without prior notice.
RemaxRegistrations may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
